Chef Joe’s Brisket – Slow roasted Jack Daniel’s beef brisket.  Sliced thin and served with twice backed potato topped with crisp Applewood bacon and scallions

Fresh Roasted Chicken – 1/2 Roasted Jack Daniel’s chicken served with twice baked potato topped with Applewood smoked bacon and scallions

BBQ Ribs – Slow roasted until tender, serviced with French fries and coleslaw

BBQ Combo – 1/2 Roasted Chicken & 1/2 BBQ Ribs – Served with baked beans, corn on the cob, twice baked potatoes
